Project Management
Your project will be managed by a dedicated Project
Manager, with practical and pragmatic PRINCE 2 experience
who will work with you to utilise the components of this
methodology that best fit your needs.
There are some standard documentation and controls that are
provided as standard for Professional Services projects.
At project initiation:
- Full Project Initiation Document based on the Functional
Specification.
- Detailed Project Plan (including Client and Immediacy tasks and
dependencies) including:
- Project Phases
-
- Including phase test plans and schedules
- Acceptance Criteria
- Milestones
- Deliverables
- Initial Risk Log (with specific matrix)
- Change Process provided to client (can be modified to clients
own change control processes)
- Set-up and Access to client specific (and secure) shared
development and project site
- Communication schedule and process provided to client (can be
modified to client's needs)
- Full Project Testing schedule and specification (with input
from the client in respect of their UAT)*
All of this documentation is structured around client who is
involved within the development and approval of the respective
outputs.
During Project delivery:

- Regular Project meetings (on site, teleconference)
- Updated risk/issue log's – updateable by the client or
Immediacy (via shared development and project site)
- Updated Project and progress plan

- Exception reporting when required
- All development of the solution can be accessed and viewed by
the client (again, via the shared development site)
- Phase reports/sign-off
- Acceptance Criteria measured and 'signed-off' –during a phased
project plan.
During Project Sign-Off/Closedown

solution for the client to identify any areas of further
development or improvement.
