Adding new content

Pages can be added to the site at any time. The site tree on the left of the Editor allows the page to be added in the right place by right clicking on the page that is to be its parent and selecting 'Add New Page'. This automatically creates a page with a heading and the same template as the parent page.

The new page can now have content added in the main editing screen. This can be entered directly into the Editor, pasted from any text source, or, in the case of Word documents and Excel spreadsheets can be dragged and dropped into the page.

The full 'WYSIWYG' editing mode allows the user to see the page as it will appear on the web during the editing process. The dotted borders around the editable areas can be switched on and off to give an even more realistic page preview.

For expert users a source code view allows edits to the underlying HTML for the page. This is accessed by right mouse-clicking on the page and selecting the 'edit source' item.
