LDAP Integration

Immediacy's LDAP integration module allows editors and administrators to be imported directly from users on your corporate network.

Form Builder

This gives site administrators the ability to quickly and easily create any number of forms for use across the site. The forms can send emails, save to a database table or use a custom action. Built-in reports allow on-line viewing of form submissions.

Collaboration tools

Image library

Choosing images becomes easier thanks to a new image browser within the Immediacy Editor. The browser displays all of the categories as created in the Immediacy Manager alongside a thumbnail  and the properties of each image. Users are also able to filter the images based on a search term or keyword.

Link Checker

Immediacy Manager includes a built-in link checker that checks all links across the site, both to internal pages and to external websites and reports any that are no longer valid. This makes it easy to spot any deleted or out of date links and quickly update the affected content.
