Extranets
If you need to collaborate regularly with customers, business
partners and/or suppliers then an extranet could provide the ideal
solution for sharing information and documentation in a secure and
controlled environment.
Immediacy driven websites can be configured with controlled
membership access and the bi-directional capabilities of our
deployment server enables content to be uploaded and downloaded to
and from an extranet on a scheduled basis.
In addition, documents can be added and controlled in an
extranet environment via our Web Asset Manager, as can data
residing within SharePoint lists via the Immediacy SharePoint
Connector.
Immediacy's membership provider capabilities enable control of
user rights, both at an individual and group level. Site
Administrators have the ability to control what a user or
visitor has access to.
