Programme
Partner-centric commercial structure helps Alterian's
Web Content Management Partners
LONDON – 06 October 2009. Alterian (LSE:ALN), the leading

announced the launch of its Alterian Advantage Partner Programme.
The Partner Programme is open to all existing and new Alterian
Agency Partners. Alterian Advantage provides an improved model for
partner engagement and includes a certification, skill development
and extensive education programme for partners to help them achieve
higher revenue growth through the sale and support of Alterian
related products and services.
The Advantage Programme is open to organisations of all sizes
and has been designed to encompass all aspects of partnering with
Alterian, not simply certification. In particular, the programme is
designed to give partners: increased skill and knowledge levels;
the tools their teams need to sell, implement and support Alterian
based solutions; the credentials to prove to potential customers
that they can deliver results; revenue growth for businesses via
the adoption of more Alterian-related services and; a competitive
advantage, with the pricing, research, marketing and support needed
to help Advantage certified partners beat their competitors. The
Advantage Programme is initially being launched in the UK market
with other markets around the globe to follow.
Precise benefits from the Alterian Advantage Partner Programme
vary from partner to partner, depending on the nature of the
partnership, but include: the right to recommend, sell or host
Alterian solutions; a sound commercial structure for all Alterian
solutions; a clear on-boarding process for new solutions; a
certification programme; a marketing portal and; service and
training days with Alterian products providing a significant
competitive advantage for businesses.
The Alterian Advantage Partner Programme has come as a result of
the rapid emergence of Customer Engagement Agencies as an evolution
of the traditional agency model. As consumers change their
behaviour and expectations, and new channels such as social media
enable consumers to voice their opinions and enter into a true two
way dialogue, Customer Engagement Agencies are emerging to support
marketers in the transformation of their activities to
respond. They combine creative, strategy driven by analytics
and technology to deliver true engagement services to their clients
across online and offline channels. Alterian has developed this

Agencies that are committed to developing provable skills and

Partner as part of the Advantage Programme. This grants them the
right to sell all Alterian solutions and comes complete with a wide
range of support from Alterian. All Partners benefit from an
assigned Partner Development Manager who can help with ongoing
education, bid responses, pitches and other elements critical to
making the partnership a success.
Agency Managed Services Partners
For those agencies delivering solutions via ASP, this enhanced
partnership status comes with comprehensive ASP-related services
from Alterian. An 'Associate Partner' status is also available for
agencies who do not deliver Alterian technology themselves, but who
commit to recommending and consulting on Alterian for projects that
need particular technology capabilities.
One of the first partners to take advantage of the Advantage

Following completion of the programme Fusion Workshop is now a
Certified Content Manager Corporate (CMC) Design and Build Partner,
