26 June 2007 – We are delighted to announce that Immediacy Limited and Mediasurface plc will be joining forces to create a combined organisation that is now the clear market leader of web content management in Europe. This initiative was formalised this morning when Mediasurface announced its plans to acquire Immediacy Limited.
