complexity. A large number of these plug-ins are licensed and

Resource Manager
|
Intranet tool enabling resources (e.g. meeting
rooms, equipment, vehicles) to be set-up as shared resource and
time periods of availability of each resource to be
specified. Resources can be categorised by main and sub
types. Intranet users can then book resources for a specific
period and inform colleagues (e.g. meeting attendees) of the
booking details.

Users can click on an "Email Page" link, which
enables them to e-mail a PDF version of that page to another
individual without the need to open their email client, including
comments or explanatory text as required.

Produces a dynamic list of Popular Pages on
the site, based on pre-defined criteria.

Banner Management
|
Enables content editors to upload banners,
specify Auros weightings for banner impressions and capture
click-through statistics.

Property Selector
|
Utilises an external feed, for example from
Rightmove.co.uk to publish property details in an agency style
format. Features include the display of multiple images,
property details and enquiry functionality.

|
Provides a dynamic feature box with title and
image that when clicked takes users to the associated content.

Alternating News
|
Enables the display of alternating news items,
with corresponding thumbnail pictures. Clicking on the item
takes a user to the full story. Users can click next /
previous to cycle through stories.
