around a strategic partnership which allows clients to increase the
benefits delivered by their Web projects through a combination of
Immediacy’s world class content management software, and Auros’
consultancy expertise, high quality visual design and bespoke
module or interface development capability.

being Immediacy. The relationship today is differentiated through

order to ensure this continues to be the case, Auros conducts an
annual review of whether the product they implement, currently
Immediacy, is number one in the CMS arena.
In 2004, after performing an extensive market
review into potential Content Management System software partners,
Auros found that Immediacy stood head and shoulders above their
rivals. The Auros and Immediacy partnership today is
differentiated through an unparalleled working relationship between
the two companies, depth of experience and a shared understanding
of both the Immediacy technology and Auros implementation
processes. The two companies continually strive not only to
improve product offering but also to augment the quality of
service, support and delivery to their clients.
Auros has implemented Immediacy for a wide range of clients ranging
from business service providers; Business West, public sector
organisations such as Financial Ombudsman, Scottish Police and
Ashford Borough Council, large corporates Virgin Retail and Royal
Canin and multi-nationals like the global building materials
supplier Knauf. Auros is also experienced at inheriting
Immediacy projects mid lifecycle, including a major multi-lingual
implementation for Scott Wilson, flash driven site for Transform
Medical and an eCommerce site for Exradia. In addition, Auros
has built extensive client specific integration with Immediacy and
a suite of re-usable modules and plug-ins, such as Advanced
Membership and eCommerce, which both Auros and Immediacy now offer
to all Immediacy clients.

at the forefront of Immediacy product knowledge. This
position is achieved through a continual investment in training,
development and knowledge transfer to ensure that Auros’ Immediacy

further reinforced by Immediacy referring, on a regular basis,
their clients and other partners to Auros for specific knowledge
and expertise.
